Data Deletion Request

At Tribe, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you follow the instructions below.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

If you still have the Tribe app installed, you can delete your account instantly:

Open the Tribe app and log in.
Go to your Profile.
Tap on Legal.
Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

This action is irreversible and will immediately delete your account, events, and chat messages.

Option 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual deletion of your account and data by emailing us.

Please email us from the exact email address associated with your Tribe account, or provide sufficient information so we can verify your identity. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Your personal profile (name, photo, bio) is permanently deleted.
Any events you are hosting will be cancelled and deleted.
Your chat messages and participation history will be removed.
